One repo, two products, replacing `chimti-user-app` and `chimti-admin-app`:

• **Theme:** OTLU admin design system verbatim, Chimti blue accent.

Spec: `src/styles/tokens.css` (+ `tailwind.config.js`).

• **Module engine:** `src/modules/*` config files render through generic

`ListPage`/`DetailPage`. A new register is a config file, not a page.

• **Platform layer:** merged union of both old apps' `liveApi`/`moduleApi`/

i18n — the 21,917-line drift between the forks ended here.

• **Tests:** `npm test` = token lint (raw hex/inline style fails the build)

+ render smoke over every registered route in both variants. CI runs it

on every push; production promotion requires green.

• **Deploy:** two Coolify services from this one repo, differing only in the

`VITE_APP_VARIANT` build arg. `development` → `production` branch flow.
